Privacy policy

My name is Julianne Trudel. As the owner of Un choix brillant, I’m responsible for protecting your personal information, and you can reach me at jtunchoixbrillant@gmail.com or at 819-665-7483.

The quote form collects your name, your email and the area where the cleaning would take place. Everything else is optional. I only use this information to answer your request. The site uses no cookies and no analytics tools.

Netlify, the company that hosts the site, receives the form and screens it for spam. It also keeps technical logs, including IP addresses. A copy of each request then lands in my Gmail inbox, a Google service. Their servers may be located outside Quebec.

When your information is no longer needed, I delete your request from Netlify and from my inbox. You can see your information or have it corrected by emailing me, and withdraw your consent at any time. I reply within 30 days. If we can’t agree, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
