What’s included, room by room.

These are the tasks planned from the start. We confirm the list together before the first visit, because no two homes get cleaned quite the same way.

The tasks planned from the start

Everything below is part of regular cleaning. A deep clean goes further, and we agree on that separately.

Kitchen

The surfaces you touch every day.

  • Countertops
  • Sink
  • Accessible surfaces
  • Outside of appliances
  • Stovetop
  • Washing the floor
  • Bin emptied

Bathroom

The room where the work shows most, and where I take the most time.

  • Sink
  • Mirrors
  • Toilet
  • Bath or shower
  • Taps and fixtures
  • Washing the floor
  • Bin emptied

Bedrooms and living spaces

The rooms where you rest, handled without moving your things around.

  • Dusting accessible surfaces
  • Vacuuming
  • Washing floors
  • Mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Bins emptied

Add-ons, on request

These tasks aren’t part of regular cleaning. Mention them when you send your request and I’ll confirm what they cover, and what they cost, before I come.

  • Inside the oven
  • Inside the refrigerator
  • Windows from the inside
  • Other specific needs

What changes from one home to the next

What the cleaning covers depends on your space, its condition at the start and your priorities. Tasks, products, frequency and price are agreed with you before the first visit.

I don’t offer post-construction cleanup. That’s a different trade, with different equipment.

Have your area, the type of cleaning and the approximate size ready. With that, I can give you a price by phone or by email.
